Our standard website build fee is $800. Clients may preview an initial website concept before purchase. If the client elects to proceed, a $400 non-refundable deposit is required to begin customization. The remaining $400 balance is due upon requested revisions, including branding updates such as logos, color changes, text updates, or additional customization.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, branding assets, and any requested content in a timely manner.

4. Ownership

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of their completed website content and branding materials. Domain ownership remains with the client if purchased in the client’s name.

5. Maintenance Services

Monthly maintenance services include agreed-upon updates and support. Scope and fees may vary based on service plan.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hilltop Digital LLC is not liable for business losses, lost profits, third-party outages, or interruptions caused by hosting providers, domain providers, or external platforms.

7. Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once customization work begins. Completed services and custom work are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of revised terms.
